STATEMENT FOR THE PRESS

September 6, 2004 – The following document constitutes the preface to the IIC's forthcoming report on the UN OFFP. While the preface touches on the general findings and recommendations of the Committee, it is not exhaustive and should not be considered the final word on our investigation. The Committee’s comprehensive report will be made available to the media on site at 10:30am, prior to the 11:30am press conference on Wednesday 7 September at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City (Madison and 45th).
